The Protaras Fun Park is run by Vali Amusements, who also run the Parko Paliatso in Ayia Napa. It is smaller than its contemporary, but still provides lots of fun rides for the whole family to enjoy. Located just by the Lidl supermarket in Protaras, it is still a relatively new attraction on the island. The park offers visitors a whole host of fun filled entertainment for all ages and promises visitors plenty of unforgettable moments. The park has a number of different attractions which include arcade rides, music express, trampolines, water rides, the carousel, the swing ride, the 5D nature show, the caterpillar mini rollercoaster, the jungle train, the 360 ride, and the pirate ship.
FREE TO ENTER
The Protaras Fun Park runs under the same rules as Parko Paliatso. It is free to enter operating a conventional pay-per-ride system. There are several different-priced rides and attractions throughout, so it is easy to set a budget. The funfair normally operates from April till October and opens from 5.30 pm till midnight seven days a week. The sound of laughter and excitement fills the air constantly, creating an intriguing atmosphere in this colourful setting. As soon as it gets dark, the colourful lights transform the park into a magical setting, making it an excellent way to spend an evening out with children.
DELICIOUS FAIRGROUND SNACKS
There is something for everyone to enjoy. Although the park’s facilities are firmly aimed at children, adults often find themselves joining in the arcade games. The park also offers a variety of delicious fairground snacks from hot dogs and burgers to crepes and refreshing drinks. These can be enjoyed at one of the many picnic tables dotted around the park.Â
