Football coaching in Cyprus is available throughout the year across all of the island’s major cities. As well as featuring a host of amateur clubs, there are also several professional elite European club academies, UEFA-licensed training camps, and specialised youth programs on offer. All programs welcome adults and children with varying footballing abilities, and some partner with local groups to provide UEFA-qualified training and professional evaluation camps.
MAJOR PROFESSIONAL ACADEMIES & PROGRAMS
Valencia CF Academy Cyprus: Based in Nicosia, it runs youth programs, seasonal training camps, and coaching clinics.
Juventus Academy Cyprus: With locations in Limassol, Paphos, Larnaca, and Nicosia, this program offers year-round training using official Italian club methodology.
Elite Football Coaching Cyprus: A specialised soccer training program based permanently at the Wembley Park Athletic Centre in the village of Xylofagou in the Larnaca district. This program focuses on accelerating player development through high-intensity, structured sessions by offering focused 1-on-1 and small group technical training.
Dream Team Soccer School: Located at the Aphrodite Hills Resort in Paphos, this facility offers youth coaching and popular ‘Masters Football Camps’ that feature former professional players and international football legends who coach children aged 5 to 16 every summer.
