  1. Nine varieties of strawberries are grown throughout the island, the most popular of which are the Camarosa, Ventana, and the Albion.
  2. Six varieties of strawberry grown on the island are winter strawberries.
  3. Cyprus strawberries are planted from September to November, and the peak harvest season begins in January.
  4. The largest strawberry plantations are located in the Famagusta and Limassol districts.
